Only A Little Bit Bitter.....

Well, I still have two more posts to do to catch up with all that's been going on (Kyle's Birthday and we bought a new vehicle), but now I have a third. I went to my doctor's appt. last night. Oh boy. First, let me just say that that no weight gain thing was a total fluke. I gained 5, I repeat, 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks!! Is that even normal? I don't think so. And I'm measuring 2 weeks ahead (after being on target two weeks ago). I think that's as far ahead as I've been, so total reversal in two weeks time. How lovely. So.....I have an ultrasound coming up in two weeks so I can see how MUCH too large my baby is going to be. I have another urine test to do for my kidneys in the next day or so to make sure they're returning to normal and my blood pressure seems to be going up a little bit, but it's still in the normal range, so that's okay for now. Anyway, I've been contracting since last Friday. Apparently that's okay since it stops if I lie down. They start up again when I sit or stand, but unless I have 6+ in an hour, he's not too worried about that. Anyway, drama, drama, drama. This is the most "eventful" pregnancy I've ever had......hopefully that's no indication of an eventful delivery because I don't think Hunter's can be topped (and that's not necessarily a good thing).

I agree with Trish, girls are DRAMA!!! But I think you should put your feet up and tell those handsome little boys of yours to take care of Mommy:)

See... she must have just been teasing you before with her size. Now she is probably trying to make herself into a ball so your stomach sticks out more. Have you thought of any fun names yet?

Your first two comments here took the words right out of my mouth! Only fitting your first girl brings you DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA! Just wait till she's about, oh, 12 or so ;). As for her size, watch, she'll end up being this huge baby and then will be a petite adult. Just watch!

Anyway, hope you feel better and that things are OK with you at your next test.

Bri did you ever think that they weighed you wrong last time and the 5 pounds is over 6 weeks. I'm just saying. She is starting out to be like her mother already. Love you

I am not laughing when I say this, but do big babies really surprise you anymore?! :) Tanner doesn't try his tackle move on you does he? By the looks of him, he would take you right off your feet. Anyways, miss ya, hope that you're feeling good.

In my defence, Kyle, it was an old fence post that had been left in the pasture after it had been torn out, and there were 700 head of cattle swarming the pickup so I couldn't even see the fence post (I should have known you'd make a comment like that!).
