Ah, That's More Like It!

So, I went to my doctor's appt. last night. And although I had to wait for TWO HOURS in the waiting room (I wasn't seen until 7:45pm!!) because my doctor was across the street delivering not just one baby, but two, it was good news. My blood pressure is down even further (back to my normal readings). They ran some tests on my kidneys. I'm still spilling protein, which isn't great news, but it's a really small amount. He thinks I may have had a kidney infection or something that is clearing up on it's own. I have to do some more labs in two weeks to check for sure, but it looks good!! I can't tell you what a relief that is. ALSO, this is the first time during this pregnancy that I was measuring NORMAL!! Say what?:) He thinks she may be slowing down with her growth and may just be average sized. YAHOO!! I'll still have another ultrasound later, but it's a miracle just the same.:) And there's even more great news!! I haven't gained a single pound in the past month. I know some of you are probably thinking that this isn't really a great feat at all, but let me assure you that for me IT IS. And considering the fact that I gained 36 pounds in the sixth months prior, it's pretty much a miracle. Maybe I won't gain the 55 lbs. that I gained with my other too. (Stop laughing, Wendy. It's possible). Anyway, so although incredibly time consuming, it was good news all around. Yay for me!

Hurray!!!!! (except for waiting 2 hours...at least it was for a good reason!) Now you can let other things keep your blood pressure up, like Kyle's latest adventures for instance!

You always think I'm judging...55 lbs is not so bad, now if you'd said 65...well then...JK! I'm really so happy for you that I'm practically crying...no joke. ;o)
Love your guts!

Hooray!!! God really does answer prayers. I'm so glad that your kidneys are doing their proper functions. You sure don't want what I went through. And 55 isn't bad. I gained 56 with Uncle Walter.

Oh, I have been meaning to call you since Christmas Day! It's been so crazy around here with Mom and Dad getting ready to leave in just a short couple weeks from now!! AAAAAaGGG! I hope you had a VERY happy Christmas! Thanks so much for the package you sent up for Brianne and the candles are so yummy smelling! :) Thanks!!! As you noticed, I didn't send you anything. Not even a card. I'm lame. I just didn't think of it early enough this year and then was swamped with a million things going on... excuses, excuses...I think I'll do a Valentine letter instead. Way more creative, right? Humpf!
