Well, apparently there are 15 month well-checks (which I totally didn’t know and so my boys never had them). So, they scheduled Haylee for one. And she had three shots which was also odd since my boys didn’t even have a check-up at that age. Wondering when they got theirs? Anyway, not the point I guess. Haylee is as healthy as a horse (Why do people use that expression anyway? Why would a horse have any sort of advantage in the health department? It wouldn’t…..). She does have eczema on the back of her legs. That’s a first for me…..I have no experience there. Anyway, it comes and goes, so I guess it’s not a huge problem. She’s VERY verbal and talks quite a bit. She’s been saying “Get it!” and “Got it!” (in their proper context) for quite some time, but now she’s added, “I need it!” to her list of popular phrases. I wish she didn’t know how to say that because she’s very demanding.:) Anyway, she’s finally saying Mama, but mostly just to boss me, so I’m not sure why I was waiting for that.:) She loves saying “Sugar” (which sounds like Gugar) and thinks that that’s the name of EVERY dog, not just ours. She says “Car,” “Ball,” and “Daddy” quite frequently as well. On top of the words we actually understand, she tends to babble on and on, apparently having entire conversations with us. We play along and that’s usually sufficient until she becomes convinced that we’re not performing whatever requests she gave in those speeches, in which case we endure her wrath (aka one royal stinkin’ fit). She loves to eat…..I think even more than my boys did! Great! She practically spends the entire day in her high chair (which she tries to climb out of every 10 minutes). She decided to finally start walking the day before she turned 15 months. She’d been taking steps for months, but didn’t really have any interest. Well, now she does and we can’t stop her. This girl has a fiery passion (which I think her hair epitomizes with its wild abandon) and a strength of spirit that amazes me. Girls are so different than boys. She’s dramatic and feisty and opinionated and incredibly social. She’s so different from what I’m used to with her brothers, but I LOVE IT! She’s my little princess (There ARE feisty princesses right?). She’s cuddly, funnier than heck, full of life, and all around wonderful. I can’t imagine not having her in our home. I love my little Hales. So, as for stats:
Height: 32” (90th percentile)
Weight: 22 lbs. 2 oz. (40th percentile)
Yeah, so I guess she’ll be tall and play volleyball instead of soccer (much to her mother’s dismay and her father’s delight). I hope she’s not taller than Tanner so I don’t have to nurse his poor ego until he’s married.:) Anyway, we love you Haylee girl. Thanks for making our home a better place.

You totally just described Dallie. It's amazing how alike our kids are.
I love Hales! I want to see her! She's prolly missing her best friend (me) like a whole lot!
She is so pretty! Holy smokes she staying tall...I hope she does pass Tanner up. That would be pretty much amazing!
I didn't know about the 15 month checkup either so we skipped the check up and just took Evan in for the shots. I figure he's pretty healthy besides allergies anyways and we'll get those tested really soon too!
Miss you guys!
That's a gorgeous pic of her! She obviously takes after her mom. And go tall people!
She is so cute in that picture. Holy smokes she won't just pass her Mother but maybe Tanner. Maybe she will slow down before she hits 2 yrs. At the rate she is going she will be tall and skinny. fits right in withe the Walkers.
