Take Me Out To The Ballgame

Yesterday our nephew, Tailor, had a baseball game out here in Basin City and his Mom needed us to pick him up, so I decided to take the boys to his game. They were both in heaven, but for very different reasons. Hunter loves his cousin, Tailor.....and Tanner, well, he loves repeatedly pulling out blades of grass and convulsing until he drops them and then pulls out some more. (You'd be surprised at how long he can actually do that).
Anyway, everything Tailor said made Hunter giggle with delight and he loved watching him play baseball. Hunter thinks he's ready to play sports himself, but since he can't follow simple instructions such as, "Don't move off of that stool until your timer goes off," I figure he's not yet ready.:) Some day.
So, I snapped a few pictures while I was there. It was a good day. (Oh, and as much as Hunter looks like a Walker, he and Tailor make some of the same expressions and then you can really see the similarities).

P.S. Did i ever tell you i have your #3 song on a cd? Yep and EVERY time i hear it, i think of our apartment in Tucson, laying in our beds at night and hearing you sing, "I'll fill those canyons in your soul..." at the top of your lungs. And me saying, "WALKER, shut UP!!" Aaahh, makes me smile and miss your crazy guts!
P.P.S. All your efforts to convert me to country music paid off. I have seen the light!!

Ha ha ha heh heh hmmmm.....I knew I'd suck you in, Nance. I'm a firm believer that everyone is instinctively part hick. It's more natural.:)

Dave and I LOVE reading your blog. I love that Walker sense of humor. And yes, there is a little bit of hick in all of us. Especially those of us who have ever lived in Basin City. Ha ha ha. Oh yeah, and cute babies!

In case you didn't see the comment on my blog, I had Carter's bathtub pictures taken at JCPenny. They have some good coupons on their website. If you want a lot of poses, pick the $4 sheets. If you only like one pose, you can get a package of photos for $7.99. Too bad JCPenny doesn't have any portrait studios in Montana!
