And then it was suddenly time for our first camping trip of the season. Of course, I’m pregnant, which always makes for an exciting and exhausting trip, but we had fun anyway. This time we went with Sullivans, Kyle’s sister and her family, Kyle’s Dad, Tearsa Davis and her kids, Brandon and Rachel, and a new family that we hadn’t met before. It was a party, that’s for sure. Oh, we only kind of froze. And got rained on. That’s what we get for camping in May.

I'm gad Kyle has friends who are just like him (I literally laughed out loud at the "basically the same person split into three bodies" comment). On paper, he and I shouldn't be friends since we're almost complete opposites, so it's great he has people who can share his love of hunting, camo, and rural living. :)
