I am NOT a scientist
So.....I'm taking this atmospheric lab science class to fulfill one of my requirements for my AA. Let me just say that there's a reason I'm not majoring in science or math. As a matter of fact, I'm typing this right now to escape explaining one more concept. Truthfully, I find it all very fascinating, but my level of interest in no way influences my level of comprehension. What is even more amusing is that I have an "A," which my professor takes to mean that I'm a science whiz and proceeds to talk to me as such. See, she's mistaking perfectionist for science genius. I thought this class would be a piece of cake.....I mean, it's about the weather for goodness sakes! And I figured, if Steve Pool could get up there on KOMO-TV and wave his arms around at cold and warm fronts with a moustache like that, then I could certainly pull it off. Boy, I'm delusional. Maybe if they give me some sort of on air prompts and just tell me where to flail my arms, I could manage. Or maybe my dreams will just come crashing down when I have to take my first exam next week and it becomes clear that I really have no comprehension about what's happening out there in the atmosphere after all. Oh, sigh.

So glad you left me a comment! I added your link to my page as well. I have your brother on facebook. We definitely need to get together sometime! Your boys are cuties. Sorry this is choppy. Email me and we can chat properly. cjadams723@excite.com
Ha! Well it could be worse... you could be married to a scientist and never understand most of your dinner conversations every time you ask, "How was your day, honey?" I do try, but my artsy-literature-visual-mind just can't keep up. :) Buena suerte!
