I’m not sure how it happened, but the relationship between these two is so special. He adores her and she worships him. She waits for him to get home from school. She yells, “Tanner!” when she sees him coming from the bus. He pretends he’s her puppy which she loves . . . and proceeds to pet his head. She hugs him and plays with his ears constantly. She lets him lay his head in her lap. It’s the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen and I hope that they stay this way. Well, he can quit pretending he’s her puppy once they’re older, I guess. The whole thing just makes me smile, especially when I hear him call her ‘sweetie.’
Melt this mama’s heart. I always wanted this for my kids. It makes me really, really, really happy.
