Our Kindergartner turned six! He was thrilled. He thought it would make him finally lose a tooth . . . but it didn’t. And as a matter of fact, the poor kids still hasn’t lost one and he’ll be seven in a few months. Not sure why, but he’s really hanging onto those baby teeth. He wanted a new, bigger bike more than anything. All of our three older kids have been able to ride bikes without training wheels by the time they’re four or five and so they outgrow the little 12” bikes pretty quickly. Tanner lasted awhile on his because he’s shorter than our other kids, but it was definitely time. He was also obsessed with race cars (and still is). Tanner is our happy, intense, loving boy and we’re sure happy to have him around. He couldn’t be any sweeter if he tried.
And . . . he saw his new bike . . . I love this photo. Tanner wears every emotion all over his face . . . and body usually.
Sticking it to Gramps.
And Mom.
We love you, Tanner!
