Yeah, I realize this is almost a year ago, but I still can’t believe how young Hunter looks. Oh sigh.
Terrible lighting, but I know there was a reason for this photo. I’m pretty sure it’s because it was her first ponytail. She has MUCH less hair than Haylee did and it’s pretty thin and wispy, so this was quite the feat. Plus, her gappy smile, scrunched up nose, and spikey bushman eyebrows just make for a perfect photo.
Fourth place in his first grade spelling bee. He was so proud. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that boys love medals and trophies. And he was barely mad that he got beat by three girls.
For the record, Kyle is still baffled about why the tires on this bike didn’t hold up so well. His excuse: stupid, cheap bike. Yeah, well, it’s not like it could be anything WE did to it so you’re probably right.
This little booger couldn’t even walk yet. Man that seems like a long time ago. It goes too fast.
This smile should’ve tipped me off to what was most definitely coming.
Pretty even with soccer hair and marker on her forehead.
Everybody knows this is the only way to get warm after running in the sprinkler.
Best Grandma and Grandpa around. They drove all the way over to go to Grandparents Day at the boys’ school. We had some happy boys.
And they brought my crazy sisters. It was fun.
Grandma and Grandpa had to be shown their skills.
And she just watched. Yeah…that does not happen any more. Ever. Good thing she’s adorable to make up for all of the mischief she causes. Love these kiddos.
