She reminded us of her Birthday for like a month straight . . . just in case anyone had any intention of forgetting the most important day of the year. It was adorable though so we weren’t even annoyed. The little miss has been obsessed with ballet and dancing and princesses. So she got princess dresses that she dances around in . . . and a princess cake . . . and a play kitchen (which I know seems unrelated, but she loves it, okay!?). It’s hard to believe my little girl is four. Sometimes it seems like she’s actually 13 (this probably has something to do with the fact that she’s been speaking in complete sentences since 18 months . . . and is a terrible flirt
) and other times it seems like she should be just a baby still. This year she started a ballet and simple movement class and has loved it. She loves twirling and staring at herself in the mirror so it was perfect. She’s incredibly tall and athletic already. She dribbles a soccer ball all over the yard (a girl after my own heart) and can climb a 12 foot rope in about as many seconds. She loves swings and riding her bike without training wheels. We love having this spunky, adorable, charming girl in our family. We love you, Haylee!
I got coolest mom of the year award for this cake. Which I didn’t even think of and totally had assistance with. But she didn’t care.
Too big not to stare at.
“Awesome choice, Hales.”
Princess dresses and shoes! Oh boy!
And the dancing started instantly…
Everybody is enjoying this one.
Love their looks in this one. Daddy has that effect on people. Avery’s is the best. Haha
Life is too much fun with these kiddos. Happy Birthday, Hales!
