First Day of School 2012

Hunter started first grade at the end of August. And a couple weeks later Tanner started Kindergarten. I can hardly believe it. My boys are growing up way too fast. Tanner didn’t even want me to drive him on his first day. He wanted to ride the bus with his brother. I even tried to convince him, but no such luck.:( He kept saying, “I feel kind of nervous,” but was so brave and he’s having a blast in school. It probably helps that the Kindergarten teacher is amazing. Last year was her first year and she taught Hunter. I am so happy that Tanner gets to have her too. She’s seriously so great! Anyway, I sure miss my little boys, but I’m glad that they love school and do so well at it. That makes me happy too.

My first grader. And yeah, he actually does try to wear camo every single day.:)

My sweet Kindergartener. He still lets me dress him occasionally, so I can avoid camo once in awhile. I can’t avoid Cars, however.;)

On Tanner’s first day, Haylee actually ran onto the bus when they were getting off squealing, “Tanner! You’re here!” It was so sweet . . . and he’s still too innocent to be bothered by it at all. He hugged her right in front of everyone. Be still my heart.:)
