Okay, okay.....I've been very absent. I realize this, but I swear there's a good reason. First of all, we've moved. Kyle still has his same job down at the Ringold fish hatchery, but a house came open on station, so we actually live on the hatchery now. This would technically require us to switch wards, but they're letting us stay in our current one. We've doubled our living space.....at least. It's wonderful. We were pretty squished in our little two bedroom place. I hardly know what to do with all of the room. We're pretty much moved in now and have started all of our little projects. Kyle fixed the in ground sprinkler system, which is great because now the lawn is returning to green. We got a sand box put in for the boys too. Next we'll work on a swing set and the garden area. Downfalls? Apparently nobody has the ability to give us internet service......at least not yet. If that's not a good reason for not updating my blog, I don't know what is. I grew up in the city, so the concept of not having things accessible to me at my house is WEIRD. But, nonetheless, we don't have internet yet, so bear with us. I don't really have any pictures of our new house yet. Weird, I know, but I'll post some later.
The kids love the new house. The boys spend all day long playing outside.....waiting for Kyle to come home on a four wheeler or a three wheeler or some odd tractor. They're obsessed. The house comes with a riding lawn mower too, so there is too much boy fun in this place. You wouldn't believe the muddy bath water that I see every night. Tanner's a nut. He plays in the buckets of the tractors when they're parked in front of the house. I've given up trying to keep that kid clean in the least.

Haylee loves the space too. She can roll around on the floor without being demolished by boys.....and cars, trucks, and tractors. She's starting to roll everywhere. She can hold her head up really well, but isn't sitting alone just yet. She eats and eats and EATS all day long too. I can't keep her full. But we're having a blast with her. She loves to sit outside with me on the swing and watch her cute brothers run through the sprinkler.

Kyle likes being on station, but it keeps him busier (not that he minds). We've had a few alarms. Oh yeah, so when you live on station, you're on standby every other week. If any of the alarms are triggered (water levels, power problems, etc.), it goes off in your house, as well as on Kyle's pager. It's like a fire alarm. As I'm sure you can imagine, Hunter LOVES that (okay, not really, it pretty much sends him into hysterics). On a positive note, Haylee doesn't seem to even notice the blaring siren-type alarm, so that's good, I guess.:)
Anyway, we've been on vacation for the last week and a half and I'll post about that later before I go home and don't have internet again. Bear with us, we're working on it.

welcome back!
Sounds like a great setup - I guess Alan needs to call Kyle and get more updates. :)
