Loving Springtime

We're loving all of this nice weather that we've been having. I can pretty much say without hesitation that I can't stand winter. My family doesn't mind it, but I think it's fair to say that we all prefer nice weather. We love the outdoors. My boys thrive on fresh air.....and turn into unbearable monsters if it's withheld.:) Hunter and Tanner have a TON of energy and have to be able to use it or we're in trouble. So, I can truthfully say that I'm more than grateful for springtime. We've finally been able to go on walks to the river, play at the park, and just enjoy some time outside.
My three nuts in a tunnel at the park. It was such a nice day and then all of the sudden the wind just started ripping through there. We just put on sweatshirts and they kept going. They weren't about to call it quits yet. My kids have their battles, but they really do love each other. It's so cute to watch them interact.....when they're being nice.:)
Daddy trying to get Haylee to walk.....which totally didn't work. This little girl will not move those feet for anything! She did take a step towards Hunter today, but then got so excited that she started to bounce and dance, resulting in quite the fall (after which I received the meanest glare, like I'd shoved her or something). Oh well, we try. I love her! She's just so stinkin' cute. My Hunter boy loves slides.
This look sums up Tanner's entire personality. He's so mischievous....reminds me of my little brother, Joey.
And this sums up Haylee too. She's so sassy and well.....wild.:) But I love her even with all that craziness (hair included.....although I really do wish she'd at least just let me put it in a ponytail and leave it alone, if nothing else).

It's true - Tanner & Kennady are both mischievous like Joey - and Kennady & Haylee are both sassy little girls =] Kennady used to hate hair accessories too, but now she loves having her hair done. I'm glad you guys are enjoying the nice weather - summer can't come soon enough!

Gianna just started taking multiple steps at a time (she's 15 months). Emily walked fairly early, so waiting the extra 5 months for her to even get started has been a pain!
We love the outdoors, too. I've been much happier the past few days...I think I'm solar powered...now I'm going to blog about that.

You are so great with the camera. Loved all the river pictures too. I agree with the nice weather thing! If I can send my kids out to get out a little energy makes my days so much better.
